Job Description
Working Shifts (Monthly Rotation):
- A. 9am – 6pm (GMT+8), including 1-hour flexible break
- B. 3pm – 12am (GMT+8), including 1-hour flexible break
- 🔧 Maintain and manage online customer relationships with high service standards
- 📞 Address client feedback with adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
- 📊 Assist with backend report queries, generate data reports, and related documentation
- 🌐 Monitor official game site updates and maintenance
- 🕹️ Test and prepare content for new game releases and announce promotions
- 📝 Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- ✔️ Proficient in both Mandarin & English (At least TOEIC 500+ & excellent Mandarin skills)
- ✔️ Basic computer operation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ✔️ Strong capacity for independent thinking and problem-solving
- ✔️ Able to communicate across departments and solve tasks efficiently
