Job Description
In this Gaming Customer Service Asia role, you’ll manage client support tickets, update reports, and assist with backend systems. You’ll also help test new games and monitor the official game site for updates and releases.
Working Shifts (Monthly Rotation):
A. 9am – 6pm (GMT+8), including 1-hour flexible break
B. 3pm – 12am (GMT+8), including 1-hour flexible break
🔧 Maintain and manage online customer relationships with high service standards
📞 Address client feedback with adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
📊 Assist with backend report queries, generate data reports, and related documentation
🌐 Monitor official game site updates and maintenance
🕹️ Test and prepare content for new game releases and announce promotions
📝 Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
✔️ Proficient in both Mandarin & English (At least TOEIC 500+ & excellent Mandarin skills)
✔️ Basic computer operation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔️ Strong capacity for independent thinking and problem-solving
✔️ Able to communicate across departments and solve tasks efficiently
