Job Description

  • 📌 Collaborate closely with clients and users to analyze needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional documents
  • 📐 Design system architecture to ensure functionality, scalability, and security; assist the development team in implementation
  • 🧪 Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets quality and requirement standards
  • 🛠 Maintain and support systems daily, including troubleshooting, updates, and bug fixes to ensure stable operation
  • 🔗 Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • 🧭 Manage cross-functional technical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking
  • 📈 Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
  • 📋 Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • ✔️ Strong communication and logical thinking skills; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • ✔️ Proficient in Mandarin; intermediate or above English proficiency (reading/writing/speaking)
  • ✔️ Familiar with Restful API design and implementation; understanding of system integration and data exchange principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ➕ Experience in planning and managing large-scale platforms, including leading system architecture design
  • ➕ Involvement in or leadership of software development projects; familiarity with SDLC and project methodologies
  • ➕ Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues under pressure
