Job Description
🌐 Fully Remote | 在家工作
This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about gaming and eager to grow in a remote-friendly, international environment. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
🕒 Work Schedule (GMT+8):
Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Weekend Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
🔧 Maintain and manage online customer relationships, continuously improving service quality
📞 Respond to customer feedback with flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
📊 Assist with backend system queries and generate reports and documentation
🌐 Monitor updates and maintenance of official game websites
🕹️ Test new games prior to release, prepare content, and announce promotions
📝 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
✔️ Proficient in both Mandarin & English (TOEIC 500+ and excellent Mandarin communication)
✔️ Basic computer operation and proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔️ Capacity for independent thinking and presenting solutions
✔️ Able to communicate and collaborate across departments efficiently
