Job Description

  • 📄 Customize and update marketing materials (e.g., product DM, catalogs) in real-time, including logo, product type, and pricing modifications.
  • 💰 Prepare and update quotations to ensure accurate and timely pricing information.
  • ✈️ Handle and follow up on business travel arrangements, including ticketing, accommodations, and internal approvals.
  • 🔔 Track customer engagement status and proactively remind Account Managers of related action items.
  • 📑 Generate standardized contract documentation and support internal processing requirements.
  • 📊 Compile reconciliation reports for clients and support on cross-verification with the finance team.
  • 🗓️ Maintain and monitor AM team travel schedules and provide timely reminders.
  • 🤝 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate updates on client-related progress.

Requirements

  • 🎓 Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 🗣️ Strong communication and time management skills; able to handle multitasking effectively.
  • 💼 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for document and report creation.
  • 🔍 Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in tracking progress and resolving issues.
  • 🌐 Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); capable of handling international client communication and documentation.

Job Description

Requirements

  • 專科以上學歷,商業管理、行銷、行政相關背景尤佳 Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 具備良好溝通能力與時間管理能力,能多工處理與高效率執行 Strong communication and time management skills; able to handle multitasking effectively.
  • 熟悉 Office 軟體操作(Excel, Word, PowerPoint),能快速製作表單與報表 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for document and report creation.
  • 細心負責,能主動追蹤進度與協助解決問題 Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in tracking progress and resolving issues.
  • 中英文聽說讀寫能力佳,能與國際客戶溝通與文件撰寫 Fluent in English and Chinese; capable of international client communication and documentation.
