Job Description

Working Shifts (Monthly Rotation):

  • A. 9am – 6pm (GMT+8), including 1-hour flexible break
  • B. 3pm – 12am (GMT+8), including 1-hour flexible break
  • 🔧 Maintain and manage online customer relationships with high service standards
  • 📞 Address client feedback with adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
  • 📊 Assist with backend report queries, generate data reports, and related documentation
  • 🌐 Monitor official game site updates and maintenance
  • 🕹️ Test and prepare content for new game releases and announce promotions
  • 📝 Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • ✔️ Proficient in both Mandarin & English (At least TOEIC 500+ & excellent Mandarin skills)
  • ✔️ Basic computer operation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ✔️ Strong capacity for independent thinking and problem-solving
  • ✔️ Able to communicate across departments and solve tasks efficiently
